The main goal of a discovery call is for us to get to know you, hear about your vision and get a feel for if we’d be a good fit to work together. So from that perspective, all we need from you is for you to be yourself. With that being said, questions that often come up in these conversations (and could be helpful to have answers on hand for) include but are not limited to:

• What are you hoping to accomplish through our services?

• When do you need project deliverables by?

• How do you intend to use assets from this project (social media, paid ads, etc.)

• What’s your anticipated budget?

When post-production is wrapped up, we’ll send you a draft of any products we’ve created and you’ll have a period of 48 hours from delivery of the draft to review and approve it or request revisions. If products are revised and again delivered to the you, the same approval criteria and timeline will apply to the re-delivered products. We will provide up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge.

Additional time for approval or revision requests may be available on request or when involving weekends, holidays or other extenuating circumstances.

Adjustments requested after final products have been approved or after the approval / revision request period has expired may be available on case by case basis and will incur an additional fee. We’ll make every reasonable effort to incorporate your suggested revisions but we will have final say regarding aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the final work.

The post-production timeline (everything between shooting the content and handing the finished products over to you) for each project will be agreed upon in writing prior to beginning work and included in the contract. Standard post production for the majority of our projects range from 30 to 90 days but are subject to specifics of each project. We offer expedited post production for all projects requiring delivery within 30 days as well as various ‘sneak peak’ or ‘early look’ options on a case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to reach out if with any questions or specific requests.

We’re here to provide maximum value to you so if that looks like a folder of unedited photo or video files, we’re down to make that happen. Unedited files can be included in project deliverables by request on the majority of cases and and may incur and additional fee. If you’re interested in having unedited files included in your project deliverables, just let us know in a call, text or email.

We do not currently use drones as part of our core work but we contract with several drone operators on a variety of projects so drone shots can absolutely be part of your project!
